Brian Lord, CEO

Brian joined PGI as Managing Director of Cyber in September 2013, bringing with him deep experience across the breadth of intelligence and cyber operations from 21 years with GCHQ. He left as their Deputy Director for Intelligence and Cyber Operations. Brian is a leading thinker in the area of cyber warfare. LinkedIn Profile

Lisa Cranston, Chief Financial Officer

Lisa joined PGI in 2016 bringing 20 years of finance experience to the business. Prior to PGI, Lisa spent 10 years at Accenture in numerous local and global roles within the finance structure. Since joining PGI she has driven significant transformation of Finance and the wider business and is now responsible for Finance, HR and the overall infrastructure of the group. LinkedIn Profile

Beth Hepworth, Director of Intelligence Operations

Beth joined PGI in 2017 from a strong background in geopolitical and investigative intelligence. Prior to arriving at PGI, Beth founded and scaled a business intelligence company operating in ‘frontier’ markets, including Libya, Egypt, Ghana and Myanmar. She has over a decade of experience supporting both corporate and government clients operating in complex environments and has lived and worked extensively in the Middle East, North Africa and South East Asia. Meredith Patton, Director of Cyber Operations

Meredith joined PGI in January 2020 from DXC Technology, where she spent seven years as the operations manager for a large account delivering critical IT infrastructure to HMG in Cheltenham. Before this, Meredith worked for the Australian Government in intelligence and cyber security, including cyber policy and education delivery and a posting to the UK as the senior Australian liaison officer to GCHQ. She has degrees in criminal/international law and international relations from Kobe University in Japan, and a PhD in international relations from the Australian National University. Sebastian Madden, Chief Corporate Development Officer

Sebastian is a former UK senior civil servant with 21 years’ experience of national cyber security issues. Since joining PGI in 2013 he has led our international cyber capability building projects. He was previously a partner in a strategy consultancy firm and specialised in developing government cyber and national security structures. His senior UK government roles included Programme Director to establish UK central emergency response mechanisms and Chief of Staff to the National Security Advisor. LinkedIn Profile
